Over the years I have began promoting a service which I usually only provided upon request. However recently, I have seen more of a need for the service of “preliminary case analysis”.
Attorneys are continuously traveling on the road from courthouse to courtroom from courtroom to new client meeting. Some where in between you have to develop a course of action for a “new” client, identify and maintain the direction of the case, while staying focused on the details for multiple clients. Our Preliminary Case Analysis Service will allow you to eliminate some of those daily pressures while allowing you to keep full control of each of your cases and maintain the same “rate of billing”.
The amount of time is based on the volume of information provided by your firm. In most instances our analysis is conducted twice to ensure the final product. “Regardless of the volume of information, it has to be reviewed…” A Preliminary Case Analysis can be conducted on all types of cases, i.e... Divorce, child custody, defense of any caliber, wrongfully accused and accidents. Our associates have extensive expertise in a number of areas relating to the criminal and civil justice systems.
After the inception of a case, all you need to do is schedule for a “brief” meeting to establish a course of action. It is recommended that a synopsis of the initial “client consultation” be supplied to help maintain focus on ultimate goals.
Once the direction is confirmed, copies of all pertinent documentation regarding the case will be reviewed, i.e.… police reports, police-witness statements, court documents, photographs, client’s statements, ect… looking for discrepancies or reasons for doubt, depending on the scenario.
Upon your direction, we will identify different approaches to meeting your goals from a defendant’s or plaintiff’s perspective. This service also provides recommendations, identification of further documents or information that should be obtained and further questions to be answered. All provided information, recommendations and findings will be returned in a reliable comprehensive report in a timely manner that ensures the integrity and quality to begin your case.
The benefit of using Insight Investigative & Protective Services to conduct your Preliminary Case Analysis is that we our a full service investigative agency and we can provide almost all of the information that is needed to further your case.
